  • Client Relations is responsible for handling inbound queries received via email and phone calls, resolving them and or triaging to the appropriate department as and when needed.
  • This role would involve a high level of interaction with external & internal clients and co-ordination with the right stakeholders to ensure prompt and accurate resolution for the requesters.
