Job Summary
Serve as an active member and participant on the Country TA Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team to ensure alignment and optimization of strategy as well as execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams.
Establish standardized operating model, and capturing and instilling best practices across field councils to optimize USMA execution.
The salary range for this role is $210,400.00 - $331,100.00; The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable; We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.

Key Requirements
Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree
Minimum 5 years field medical affairs experience
Minimum 2 years in HQ role or equivalent
Minimum 3 years working in oncology

Proven ability to work with cross-functional matrix teams
