Job Summary
Provides product management and ownership for Bridgestone’s customer marketing platforms, leading their establishment and expansion for B2C and B2B customer data enrichment and activation.
Owns the customer data enrichment and activation platform portion of the enterprise Customer 360 initiative and oversees its ~11 projects, managing contracts, costs, and allocations.
Establishes and maintains high-trust relationships across stakeholders and partners, closely collaborating with IT enterprise architects and Marketing COE leaders to align strategy and technology solutions.
