Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2+ years data migration or integration development experience
Proficiency with EDI, API REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON
Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Document Transformation
Understanding of complete software implementation lifecycle
Experience leading technical workstreams on software projects
Nice-to-have
Experience designing dynamic reports using BIRT or Crystal Reports
Familiarity with AI and LLM tools like ChatGPT or Gemini
Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly
