Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency preferred
Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques
medical/laboratory terminology required
Two year acute care hospital laboratory experience preferred
One to two (1-2) years experience assisting in performing laboratory assays preferred
Ability to perform phlebotomy techniques including special procedures
Typing and word processing skills required
Current California CPT (Certified Phlebotomy Technician) certificate
