Job Summary
The Capability, Learning, Talent and Leadership Manager is accountable for defining and strengthening the leadership and learning strategy for CBA India, ensuring our workforce has the skills, mindsets and capabilities required to deliver current and future business outcomes.
The role leads the end-to-end design, execution and evolution of skilling and capability programs, while also contributing to broader organisational design, process, culture and change initiatives.
Working closely with local and global leaders, the role ensures learning investments translate into measurable capability uplift, improved skilling effectiveness and business impact.
