Job Summary
You will be involved in supporting clients with the implementation of the latest legal acts, particularly in the area of the EU Digital Strategy, including AI and platform regulation, as well as cybersecurity.
You will provide legal assessment and support for the introduction of innovative technology-related products and research projects, and represent clients in court and before regulatory authorities in cross-border cases.
You will review, draft, and negotiate contracts in data and technology law, advise on data protection and IT compliance concepts, and assess risks for companies and products in global transactions.
