Job Summary

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Teams migration projects, executing or supporting tenant-to-tenant migrations including chat history, Teams, channels, files, meetings, and user settings.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure smooth transition with minimal business disruption, performing pre-migration assessments, readiness checks, pilot testing, and post-migration validation.
