Job Summary

  • To support and ensure clinical patient care leadership, provide clinical leadership to plan, coordinate and manage personnel and resources in order to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner.
  • The Assistant Clinical Manager will serve in the role of Charge Nurse, assign patient and non-patient care in a safe, effective manner, and maintain staffing requirements in accordance with established policies and patient volume.
