Job Summary

• The Director, Patient Innovation & Engagement will be responsible for planning and executing patient engagement strategies in Japan, China and Asia Pacific, integrating the patient voice into decision-making and enhancing the patient experience.
• This role involves representing the company in various settings with patient organizations, institutions, and public health organizations, and partnering with them on capability development initiatives.
• Internal responsibilities include strengthening affiliate capabilities to support patient organizations, developing patient engagement content, and serving as an ambassador for patients and the company's commitment to patient innovation.

• Advanced Degree in public health, public policy, epidemiology, health sciences or other relevant degree
• MD or PhD desirable
• Experience managing interactions with senior leaders
