Job Summary

• The Meeting Guidance and Solutions (MGS) Associate Specialist will provide consultative services for end users on Meeting solutions and conference room systems, adopting a user-first approach.
• Primary responsibilities include collaborating with business colleagues to understand requirements for various meeting types, identifying improvements with IT product/service owners, and supporting executive meetings.
• The role involves partnering with key business stakeholders to provide customized training and consultative services, while staying updated on new technologies and promoting MGS service adoption.
