Workday is seeking a Senior Accounting & ESG Reporting Manager to lead the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting efforts while providing technical accounting guidance. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in ESG accounting and a strong understanding of US GAAP

Job Summary

  • Directly support the team’s mission to develop compliant, comparable, and reliable ESG disclosures required by governing bodies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between Controllership, Sustainability, Legal, and various other business functions providing leadership and guidance to advance the Company’s ESG strategy while delivering timely and accurate reporting.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $152,200 USD - $228,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $128,600 USD - $228,400 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience
