Alexandria Technical and Community College is seeking an Admissions Assistant - Customer Service Specialist to provide support and guidance to prospective students and families throughout the admissions process. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Job Summary

  • In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will support students through their admissions journey, from first inquiry to enrollment and manage communications across phone, email, and in-person visits with professionalism and care.

  • Experience with cash handling or POS system
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Somali
