The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Due Diligence & Compliance to lead the implementation of ESG regulatory requirements within their Global Procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and sustainability, with excellent project management and communication skills

Job Summary

  • Guide the adoption of ESG regulatory requirements across Procurement and our supply base, functioning as the primary resource for ESG regulatory alignment within Procurement.
  • Own the development, implementation, and improvement of supply chain human rights and environmental due diligence processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Join the newly formed Sustainable Sourcing team, a global unit within Global Procurement Operations at the LEGO Group, driving the sustainability performance of the company’s supplier base.
