Job Summary
You will manage and complete Quality Assurance requirements on behalf of Operations, namely completing assurance activity over the onboarding of new customers.
Findings and observations will assist in creating plans for improvements for processes and individuals, whilst also ensuring compliance within board tolerated appetite.
