Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience with Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of work experience with Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 2+ years of work experience with Advanced Degree (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Experience in product management and lifecycle management
  • Background in fintech, payments, or enterprise products
  • Familiarity with Payment Network systems
  • Collaboration with engineering and design teams
  • Translates user needs into technical requirements
  • Knowledge of compliance, audit controls, and Agile tools
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization
  • SQL a plus
  • Understanding of APIs, data structures, digital payments, and UX principles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
