Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel providing healthcare and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety and utmost respect.
Works with the DON to recruit, hire, train, and manage nursing staff, including employee appraisals and disciplinary actions.
