Job Summary

  • Regionalize the PCV growth initiative and develop/implement strategy to grow sales and Pump, Valve and Cyclone installation base across West Africa.
  • Manage the sales team in the region to achieve overall sales goals for both Order Intake (OI) and Contribution Margin (CM), establishing, monitoring, and acting on sales KPIs.
  • Provide staff with training, specialist advice, knowledge sharing and coaching to enable staff to meet set expectations and follow up on a regular basis to ensure technical/commercial delivery.

  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Excellent people skills
  • Ability to read engineering/mechanical drawings
  • Knowledge of competitor’s equipment
  • Self-starter and problem-solver
  • Proficiency in English
  • French language skills highly desirable
