Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in related field
10-15 years corporate real estate experience
Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD for space planning
Experience with CAFM/IWMS systems like Nuvolo
Strategic space and occupancy planning expertise

Interior office renovation experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
