Key Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 4 years of relevant experience in new vessel construction, naval architecture, or port engineer
  • Experience with shipyard construction practices
  • Experience with USCG and ABS
  • Experience with CFRs and ABS Guidelines
  • Experience developing drawings and specifications
  • Experience with FAT testing of marine electrical systems
  • Experience managing build schedules and reporting
  • Strong safety mindset and experience
