Sets up and operates flame, plasma, or laser burning (cutting) machine to cut metal of various sizes and thickness into required patterns – sometimes to very close tolerances.

Key Requirements
High school diploma/GED
5+ years of experience in burn plasma/laser operation and programming
Full understanding of burn plasma & laser equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Prior leadership experience
Proven ability to maintain strict tolerances
Strong mathematical ability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and organizational skills
Good understanding of production and manufacturing in sheet metal
