This role involves joining the DCG's Cloud and AI System HW team to co-engineer custom design systems with strategic customers.
The intern will support thermal engineers with lab testing, data collection, and the review of simulation results for next-level performance innovations.
Candidates must be willing to work at least 30 hours per week in a hybrid model within the Data Center Group environment.

Must-have
Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
6 months experience in heat transfer and thermal engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Basic familiarity with CAD tools like Creo, SolidWorks, or NX
Unrestricted permanent right to work in Mexico
Nice-to-have
Experience with air-cooled or liquid-cooled thermal solutions
Exposure to thermal simulation tools such as ANSYS or Icepak
Basic experience with Python or MATLAB for data scripting
Familiarity with post-processing thermal or airflow data

Key Requirements
