Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in process design, process improvement, and/or project management
3-5 years of experience in business and system requirements gathering
3-5 years of experience with HR technology and Workday
3-5 years of experience applying Agile methodologies
3-5 years of experience supporting change management
