Base: $57,760 - $127,770; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for MBO bonuses based on performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, wellness incentives

Must-have
Read mechanical blueprints and vendor data cut-sheets
Use tape measure and vertical laser leveler for millimeter accuracy
Update daily task lists using Excel and PowerPoint
Perform field review walks for vertical/multi-floor piping
Create as-is design drawings in AutoCAD
Nice-to-have
Experience with semiconductor tool hook up
Knowledge of civil and structural installation requirements
Familiarity with industrial equipment installation
Ability to visualize potential installation issues
Experience in automotive or electronics OEM facilities
Key Requirements
Associates or Technical School degree in Mechanical, Piping, HVAC, or Electrical
1-5 years related industry experience in field construction or coordination
