BP Hungary is seeking a Planning & Performance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide financial support, performance analysis, and strategic planning for the business. The role requires a part-qualified or qualified accountant with strong analytical skills, fluency in English, and experience in reporting and performance analysis.

Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the business with accounting issues, using sound technical capabilities in controlling, performance reporting and integrated business planning, advising on policy and compliance and working independently and with relevant teams across the business to effectively deliver a range of finance activities to drive the delivery of outstanding results.
Supports the annual planning process, ensuring plans are appropriately challenged and assured for the designated business(es) and produces detailed forecasts covering volume, revenue, cost, margin and RCOP as informed by the LBM process, drawing insights and highlighting areas where performance targets are not being met.
