Must-have
10+ years work experience in execution systems
5+ years operational technology experience
ISA S88 and S95 manufacturing standards
SCADA, DCS, MES, LIMS platform expertise
GxP and cGMP regulatory compliance knowledge
Master Service Agreement and contract management
Global stakeholder engagement across regions
Nice-to-have
Experience with OSI PI Data historian
Strong project management skills in biopharma
Ability to drive innovation in OT ecosystem
Change management and coaching capabilities
Strategic relationship leadership skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science
Minimum 10 years of total work experience
Direct experience with regulated large-scale process-based manufacturing environments
Proven ability to write and monitor automation contract deliverables
