The general objective of the job is to assist the Directors and professional staff by providing general technical and administrative support including, but not limited to, working with vendors, making orders for office supplies, processing correspondence, contracts, PoAs and other documents.
Responsibilities include facilities, office support, vendor communication, technical maintenance, office equipment management, front office and employee support, correspondence processing, security, health & safety, benefits administration, and event management.
