Job Summary

  • Facilitates patient and family access to appropriate hospital and community resources.
  • Coordinates with outpatient clinics and inpatient units to offer families traveling from out of the area assistance with lodging, transportation, clothing, meal vouchers, and other hospital resources.
  • Leads the Family 2 Family Mentorship Program, including recruitment, screening, training, and oversight of parent volunteers.
