Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relative scientific field
• 12+ years progressive experience in Global Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• Proven experience designing and implementing IBP or S&OP process
• Demonstrated transformational leadership abilities
• Familiarity with emerging technologies
• Experience with scenario planning
• Specialized knowledge in ERP systems
• Global and intercultural experience
