Drive measurable and sustainable improvements across GBS processes through Lean Six Sigma initiatives and enable data-driven decision-making by owning analytics, performance dashboards, and reporting.
Strengthen governance by ensuring robust RCA and CAPA execution to prevent issue recurrence and reduce waste and cycle time by accelerating digitization and automation using Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Requirements
5-8 Years experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects
Strong working knowledge of Lean, DMAIC, RCA, CAPA, SPC, and basic statistics
Advanced Excel and analytics skills
Hands-on experience building low-code solutions
Solid understanding of project management and change management principles
