Job Summary

  • The team needs a skilled valuer who can take responsibility for residential-led investment and development valuations, with experience using Discounted Cash Flows, and an understanding of Argus Developer.
  • Working as part of a dynamic team on complex and high value instructions, the candidate will also be expected to lead on valuations and run instructions independently.
  • The role is based in our head office at 30 Warwick Street, London W1B, but with flexible and hybrid working.

  • Excellent written English
  • High quality, accurate reports
