• Lead the design and execution of end-to-end strategic learning plans for product launches and ongoing commercial learning execution in Ophthalmology.
• Develop comprehensive learning plans aligning with product strategy, commercial objectives, and customer needs, covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of L&D professionals, setting priorities and developing talent.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of related experience
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Ophthalmology sales or learning
• Proven leadership designing strategic learning programs
• Experience creating and facilitating launch workshops
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement learning measurement frameworks
• Strong project and program management skills
