Job Summary

  • At ERC Pathlight, we’re on a mission to change lives—and we’re looking for people who feel called to do the same.
  • As a Milieu Coordinator at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.
  • You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways, including facilitating therapeutic groups and providing milieu support.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6 months of behavioral health experience required
  • Masters degree Preferred
  • Clinical associate/intern license strongly preferred
  • 18+ months behavioral health experience required
