Job Summary
The Shift Technician will implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, small projects, and help desk calls in accordance with client and JLL requirements.
Responsibilities include monitoring building operational functions, issuing permits to work for specialist vendors, and carrying out appropriate isolations via LOTO.
The role requires adherence to Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements while ensuring all PPM activity is completed within set SLA schedules.

Must-have
Electrical or Mechanical Apprenticeship
UPS Emergency power Generation experience
Air conditioning systems knowledge
Fire life safety systems expertise
BMS controls cause and effect understanding
HSE accredited training course completion
Nice-to-have
Pro-active attitude and approach
Excellent communication skills
Good working relations with building users
Prompt response to help desk requests
Experience in commercial building assets
Key Requirements
