Job Summary

  • The Shift Technician will implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, small projects, and help desk calls in accordance with client and JLL requirements.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring building operational functions, issuing permits to work for specialist vendors, and carrying out appropriate isolations via LOTO.
  • The role requires adherence to Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements while ensuring all PPM activity is completed within set SLA schedules.
