The Subject Matter Expert – Environmental Compliance & Sustainability is responsible for executing and supporting product environmental compliance and sustainability regulatory requirements.
The role involves hands-on BOM analysis, supplier data validation, compliance reporting, and support for emerging EU regulations such as LCA, CBAM, and EUDR.

Key Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Sustainability, or related field
Experience in automotive, electronics, manufacturing, or sustainability consulting environments
Strong working knowledge of REACH, RoHS, ELV, PFAS, Conflict Minerals
Hands-on experience with compliance tools (IMDS, CDX, FMD)
Foundational to intermediate knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) concepts
Working awareness of EU CBAM reporting requirements
