Job Summary

  • This role drives practice growth, solution identification, co-innovation, and go-to-market plans within North America, aligned to Workday Sales and Services organizations.
  • The Partner Manager ensures relationships between Partners and Workday are positioned in an outstanding and differentiated light, allowing Workday to achieve its strategic business objectives and drive new subscription revenue and grow customer success.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $116,600 USD - $174,900 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $98,500 USD - $174,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants

  • 4+ years SI Partner Manager for cloud ERP/HCM/Financials
  • 4+ years Business Development/Sales/Channel Management
  • 4+ years recruiting and growing partnerships
  • Experience implementing key partner programs
  • Experience leading partner relationships
  • Sales and/or Marketing experience
  • Organization and project management skills
