  • Drive credit abuse acquisition/ECM policy development/maintenance for USCC portfolios, managing diverse stakeholders including Risk Policy, Legal/compliance, IT, Regulators, Operations, Audit, and governance teams.
  • Participate in the application of first party fraud risk policies, technology, and tools, contributing to risk assessments and driving actions to address root causes of operational risk losses.
  • Develop recommendations to adjust first party fraud / credit abuse policies by analyzing loss and financial performance utilizing statistical analysis, segmentation, and other simulation techniques.
