Job Summary
Serve as the main point of contact and own various of projects in pipeline from the planning phase through delivery and stabilization.
Collaborate with several teams across the organization on various corporate initiatives and facilitate the consistent use of the Agile methodology for delivering projects.
Contribute to Process Improvement through project development and knowledge sharing and participate in key corporate projects such as technology and data transformation, process improvement, and business initiatives.

McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900; Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400; Wilmington, DE: $109,900 - $125,400; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree or military experience
3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or finance
1 year of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
CPA license or Advanced degree in Finance
1+ year of Agile project management experience
1+ year of experience with Jira
1+ year of experience in product management
2+ years of experience in Tableau, Python, SQL, or a combination
