Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years appraisal experience
  • 3+ years lending institution experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Certified General Appraiser license
  • Completion of Appraisal Institute classes for MAI designation or equivalent
  • Comprehensive understanding of USPAP and FIRREA
  • Proficiency with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, SBA appraisal requirements
