Job Summary
Supervise and manage daily activities of the department, ensuring team members are properly trained and have the necessary tools and equipment.
Work with Design and Construction team, engineers, and/or outside architects regarding renovations and other such projects, and supervise the maintenance and repair of buildings.
Monitor budget and control expenses within all areas of the department, and participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget.
