Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years investigation experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
Experience in investigation interviewing
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-have
Investigative designation CFI or CFE preferred
Background in dental or health care benefits industry
Registered dental assistant experience
Commitment to quality customer service
Ability to work independently in a virtual team
Key Requirements
Post-secondary education in science, business, criminal justice, health care, or law
Relevant law enforcement experience considered in lieu of specific degree
Valid Class 5 Driver's License mandatory
3-5+ years of experience in investigations
Knowledge of databases and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
