Job Summary

  • The Regional Business Director is responsible for implementing/executing the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace.
  • Responsible for developing and enhancing the clinical proficiency and certification of employees through partnership with the Clinical Education Manager (CEM) in a manner that prioritizes business results/relationships and attainment of Region/Area business goals.
  • Assess market conditions to develop and executive competitive strategies to grow market share in the Region in line with the Company’s strategic direction.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
  • Minimum of 3 year of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry
  • 2 years prior Sales Management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Experience as a field trainer or project leadership
  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred
  • Capital selling experience preferred
