Job Summary
The Senior Test Team Manager is responsible for direct management of the team of QA/Test specialist, as well as ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget for his/her own project assignments.
Manage a team of QA/Test specialist in a challenging matrix organization and develop the team in terms of scope and responsibilities.
Act as Subject Matter Expert in systems and processes, follow the testing process outlined in the Test Charter, and generate high quality test strategies and test plans.
