Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, transporting them between rooms, and ensuring their safety while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
