This role ensures the correct implementation and follow-up of talent management, labor relations, performance, and organizational climate initiatives, providing close support to both employees and leaders.
The position guarantees adequate information administration in HR systems and compliance with corporate policies and processes, functioning as a local extension of the HRBP.
