As a Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our global Service & Customer Care team by providing technical 2nd Level Support for our entire range of light microscopy products.
You will be actively involved in the product development process to ensure serviceability of new product developments and support existing products, including upgrades.
This role offers the opportunity to provide input for improving quality and processes on a global scale, contributing to the future of innovative microscopy.
