In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
This is a freelance/consulting opportunity with long-term availability for recurring audits including quarterly audits and re-audits.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Food safety auditing experience
Fluent in German and English
Valid driving license and own car
Ability to cover defined territory efficiently
Conduct food safety and hygiene audits
Nice-to-have
Passion for coaching and teaching
Strong client relationship management
Comfortable working independently
Key Requirements
Food safety qualifications such as HACCP or ISO 22000
Proven food safety auditing experience in retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores, or gas stations
