Job Summary

  • Assist the PACE IDT in the coordination of essential PACE services and promote participant satisfaction and retention via consistent, high-quality, customer service skills.
  • Responsibilities also include documentation and processing participant incident reports, processing involuntary disenrollments, and facilitation of on-site satisfaction surveys and other center-wide participant experience activities.

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years’ customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Social Security benefits
  • Valid BLS certification or higher
