Job Summary

  • The Sales Director - ESPS will work directly with the VP of Sales and sales team in Empower Stock Plan Services (ESPS) to drive sales and growth and will own the sales funnel relating to select inbound and outbound prospects.

Base: $100,000.00 - $122,500.00; Bonus/Equity: Sales incentives; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • Passed Level 1 Certified Equity Professional exam
  • 2 years sales experience in stock plan/equity compensation
  • Series 7 registration
  • FINRA fingerprinting
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel proficiency
