Job Summary
The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems.
This position requires the Operating Engineer to be on-site and involves completing assigned tasks that include painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance.
