JLL is seeking an Operating Engineer to support the maintenance and operation of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant experience, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to obtain necessary certifications

Job Summary

  • The Operating Engineer supports operation, inspection and maintenance processes to mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems.
  • This position requires the Operating Engineer to be on-site and involves completing assigned tasks that include painting, pressure washing, maintaining lighting system bulbs/ballasts, plumbing, HVAC systems, water treatment, locksmith work and general maintenance.

  • Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, lift and/or drive
